2004 MUD residential gas service includes a monthly service charge of $9.40 + $.4722 per therm of gas (unit that contains 100,000 British thermal units). Current MUD residential water service includes a service charge of between $3.14 and $31.44 per month, depending upon your meter size. In addition, there is a commodity charge per 100 cubic feet of $.79 for the first 900 cubic feet, $.79 for the next 2,100 cubic feet (Nov.-May) and $1.107 (June-Oct.), and for over 3,000 cubic feet $.79 (Nov.-May) and $1.423 (June-Oct.)

The FY 1999-2000 rate charged by MUD on property owners is 00.876¢ per $100 of valuation.
The FY 2000-2001 rate charged by MUD on property owners is 00.768¢ per $100 of valuation.
The FY 2001-2002 rate charged by MUD on property owners is 00.746¢ per $100 of valuation.
The FY 2002-2003 rate charged by MUD on property owners is 00.741¢ per $100 of valuation.
The FY 2003-2004 rate charged by MUD on property owners is 00.722¢ per $100 of valuation.
The FY 2004-2005 rate charged by MUD on property owners is 00.699¢ per $100 of valuation.
