2005 OPPD residential electricity rate for single family residential summer service is a base charge of $5.35 per month + 7.90c per kWh for the first 1,000 kWh and 7.53c per kWh for all over 1,000 kWh.  Winter service (October-May) includes a base charge of $5.35 per month + 7.14c per kWh for the first 100 kWh, 6.09c per kWh for the next 900 kWh, and 3.79c per kWh for all over 1,000 kWh.  Minimum monthly bill is $6.85.
