Walk in and sign up to speak.  Prior to a meeting or at meeting, ask clerk, secretary, or councilman for agenda and/or copies of documentation pertinent to your concerns.

ONLY IF DOZENS OF TAXPAYERS ATTEND AND SPEAK AT THESE MEETINGS CAN TAXPAYERS HAVE AN IMPACT!!  IF YOU ABSOLUTELY CANNOT ATTEND, CONTACT YOUR CITY COUNCILMAN BY LETTER, PHONE, FAX, OR EMAIL.
